From Dallas, exit Valley Ridge Blvd. Take exit towards the east and turn right at the stop sign. Go about a half mile and Valley Ridge will dead end into Mill street.   Turn left then make and immediate Right onto N. Cowan Rd. We are on the right hand side take the second entrance.

From Denton, exit Valley Ridge Blvd and turn left at the light. Go about a half mile and Valley Ridge will dead end into Mill street.   Turn left then make and immediate Right onto N. Cowan Rd. We are on the right hand side take the second entrance.
